Cruz-Diez. Circumstance and Ambiguity of Color

First organized in the Guangdong Museum of Arts in 2010 and more recently
in the
Ningbo Museum of Arts, and in the
Jiangsu Museum of Art, "Cruz-Diez.
Circumstance and Ambiguity of color" travels to the Henan Museum of Arts in
Zhengzhou, as the 4th step of its tour in China.
The exhibition extends over more than 1000 m2 and displays some chromatic
environments (Chromosaturation, Showers of Chromatic Induction, Chromo-
interferent Environnement…) and the Interactive Random Chromatic Experience.
Two additional sections present bi-dimensional pieces and photographs of
Cruz-Diez's artworks integrated in the urban space.
About the Museum:
The Henan Arts Center is one of the biggest cultural places in China.
Designed by the Canadian architect Carlos Ottfrom, the five buildings cover
an area of 10 hectares and were created to host cultural, artistic, musical and
theatrical activities.
