Physichromie

Physichromies are a light trap; a space where colored screens interact to create new chromatic ranges and permeate the space between the vertical sheets that cover the entire work.

The movement of the viewer or of the source of light creates chromatic variations that, like those that occur in the real world of our natural surroundings, are tirelessly repeated with every revolution of the sun, though they are never quite the same since every day they are bathed by a light of a different quality and intensity.

Hence the name Physichromie, because they involve color as light, the physical embodiment of color
